What we believe
Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible to be the Word of God and without error in the original writings, and to be the only rule and authority for faith and practice.
We believe in the one true God who is eternally existent and who created the universe in six days according to the creation account in Genesis.
We are not in agreement with the teachings of any religions, cults, or secular groups that do not accept the Biblical Jesus Christ as their Savior or who use books other than the Bible as part of their doctrinal faith.
We believe that man was created in the image of God. "In His image He created him. Male and female he created them." Genesis 1:27 Therefore, we believe marriage to be between one man and one woman. We believe life and gender assignment begins at birth.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal son of God, born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified, buried, and rose to life on the third day. He sits at the right hand of God.
We believe that man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
